Users complained about multiple technical problems to X.
Due to several reported problems on Bleacher Report’s app B/R Live, tonight’s AEW Revolution Pay-per-View was made available on Triller (the old FITE) to domestic buyers in the U.S. as well as the usual international audience.
B/R Live is owned by Warner Bros. Discovery is the only domestic streaming provider of AEW PPVs. This is a very unusual move.
Khan noted that B/R Live problems were resolved on “most platforms”, but did not mention what caused the issues or how affected B/R Live users could get refunds if they had to purchase again through Triller.
According to Gae Sheehan, BleedingCool.com’s Gae Sheehan, “either they cannot access it, only see the Spanish feed or are told that they need to purchase it again.”
Awful Announcing, a sports media website, reported on the issue. It embedded X posts from users who were frustrated by their inability watch the show. This included media personalities such as Barstool Sports Brandon Walker and Bryan Alvarez.
