She is the first participant to be announced.

The first woman to enter the 2024 women’s Royal Rumble has been announced.

Bayley announced on Friday’s SmackDown episode that she will be a participant in the women’s Royal Rumble. Bayley said that Damage CTRL is using her in the Rumble to gain control of all the women’s gold within WWE. Bayley stated that she will win the Rumble, and then challenge Rhea Ripley to the Women’s World Championships at WrestleMania.

IYO SKY, a Damage CTRL’s member, is the WWE Women’s champion. Bayley said that The Kabuki Warriors, Asuka & Kaira Sane are vying for the Women’s Tag Team title.

Bayley said

Now is the time to let Damage CTRL take all the gold. It all starts with The Kabuki Warriors winning the WWE Women’s Tag Team Titles. I will win the 2024 Royal Rumble and take Rhea Ripley’s championship. My dream will finally become a realisation.

Damage CTRL (Bayley SKY Asuka & Sane), will face Bianca Belair Zelina Vega Michin & Shotzi on SmackDown Friday in a Holiday Havoc 8-woman tag match.

Bayley may have declared for the women’s Royal Rumble but it seems that another top star of WWE will not be able compete in the match. Charlotte Flair’s knee injury will keep her out of action for the next nine months, as announced on SmackDown. Charlotte was injured while facing Asuka last week on SmackDown.
