Andrade wins the WWE Speed competitor’s tournament in todays Wrestling news
Andrade has advanced to the next round in the WWE Speed’s contestant’s tournament.
Andrade defeated Karl Anderson in the WWE Speed episode that was aired Wednesday. Andrade won the fastest match in WWE Speed’s history with a double underhook neckbreaker and a knee strike.
Next Wednesday (12th June), WWE Speed will feature Andrade vs. Tommaso. The episode will premiere on X/Twitter around noon Eastern time.
The winner of Andrade Ciampa will face Ricochet in the WWE Speed Championship. Ricochet is making his second title defense since becoming the WWE Speed Championship champion. His first title defense was against Tyler Bate.
WWE Speed has been focusing on tournaments since its debut in April. The time limit for matches on WWE Speed is three minutes, but it’s increased to five minutes when the title match is involved.
Andrade, who had moved to SmackDown via the WWE Draft, arrived on the brand Friday last week, defeating Apollo Crews. Andrade turned down an offer to join Legado Del Fantasma, and is now feuding the group.
