Andrade El Idolo enters AEW Continental Classic tournament in todays Wrestling news

Idolo has been added to the tournament.

Andrade El Idolo will be playing in the upcoming Continental Classic.

Idolo was interviewed on Friday’s Rampage, as well as CJ Perry, his new manager. Perry revealed that Idolo was entered into the tournament and that he would receive a bonus if he won. Idolo was surprised that Perry had entered him in the tournament. However, after Perry whispered to him, he seemed fine with the outcome.

Next week, Dynamite will start the Continental Classic. Tony Khan announced on Collision last week that twelve wrestlers would compete in the round-robin tournament, divided into two groups. The league finals are scheduled for December 27 at Dynamite Orlando and the finals will be held on December 30 at Worlds End in Long Island, New York.

Bryan Danielson was the first person to be announced as a participant in the tournament. Danielson was expected to return in time for this tournament despite a recent fractured orbital bone.
