All Together 2024 will feature a junior heavyweight All-Star tag match.
The cross-promotional show will take place at Budokan Hall, Tokyo on Monday May 6. United Japan Pro-Wrestling is the new group that consists of nine Japanese wrestling promotions: NJPW (NJPW), AJPW (AJPW), NOAH (DDT), Ganbare, Big Japan (Big Japan), Dragon Gate, Stardom and Tokyo Joshi Pro.
All Together will feature a tag match between Hiromu Takahashi and Dragon Bane, Alpha Wolf Tetsuya Endeo & YAMATO against El Desperado Ninja Mack MAO & Kota Minoura, HAYATA & Kota Minoura. NJPW wrote a match report:
All Together will feature a junior heavyweight matchup on May 6. Five nights after the Best of the Super Jr. kicks off in Chiba, on May 11, some of the key entrants are going to be fighting alongside other names from the junior-heavyweight scene.
Kota Minoura from DRAGONGATE, MAO from DDT, Ninja Mack and HAYATA of BOSJ 31, and El Desperado of BOSJ 31, will face DRAGONGATE’s YAMATO and DDT’s Tetsuya Endeo, NOAH’s Alfa Wolf, Dragon Bane and Hiromu Takahashi. Minoura, 25, is a four-time Triangle Gate champion and 2023 King of Gate winner. MAO, a 25-year old, has a recent history with El Desperado. The two had teamed up at All Star Junior Festival USA in August last year. Alpha Wolf and Dragon Bane, who won the GHC Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Championship, will also be in the match. YAMATO, Hiromu Takahashi, and Tetsuya Endeo have a mutual respect that began at the All Star Junior Festival in the spring of last year and was further honed at DRAGONGATE’s Kobe World card.
All Together continues to take form on 6 May.
United Japan Pro-Wrestling, formed in December 2023, was created with the aim of advancing professional wrestling in Japan after the COVID-19 Pandemic. The nine promotions within the organization continue to operate independently.
All Together proceeds will be donated to victims of the Noto Peninsula earthquake, which occurred earlier this year. The show will be streamed live on Abema.
