Alicia Atout Is All Elite
Atout announced her news in a post on Instagram, Wednesday. She wrote “Cat’s Out of the Bag.” I’m so excited to announce that I am ALL ELITE. See you every Wednesday, babyyyyy.”
Her first interview, a digial-exclusive during AEW Dynamite, was posted to social media. She interviewed Mark Briscoe, after he qualified for TNT’s title ladder match at Forbidden Doors later this month.
Atout has appeared in AEW before. She appeared at the first All In event in 2018 and then on the first Double or Nothing AEW event the following. Atout signed with MLW where she remained an interviewer and a host until March of last year.
AEW made changes to its broadcast team over the past few months. Dasha Kuret, a former backstage interviewer, was released in April. Arkady Aurea, a new backstage interviewer who made her debut in the first half of this year, is a new addition to AEW’s broadcast team.
