Alex Shelley & Chris Sabin complete deal with AEW in todays Wrestling news
The Motor City Machine Guns may be heading to AEW.
AEW is expected to sign the Motor City Machine Guns.
Cassidy Haynes, of BodySlam.net, reported on Tuesday that Alex Shelley & Chris Sabin were in the process to finalize deals with the company. The report states that a contract will not be completed soon, but “the decision is made and a deal can be worked out.”
Shelley filed a trademark application on March 19, 2020 for the terms “Motor City Machine Guns”, “MCMG”, and “MCMG” to be used in wrestling.
Sabin and Shelley ended their TNA Wrestling careers at the company’s television tapings in Philadelphia, on March 22 and 23. Their final match will be against The System’s Brian Myers and Eddie Edwards on Thursday’s Impact episode on AXS. Sabin was defeated in the main match of last week’s episode by Steve Maclin, and Shelley by Nic Nemeth on April 4.
