Members of the Blackpool Combat Club will be heading to Mexico.
CMLL announced Wednesday that Wheeler Yuta, Bryan Danielson and Claudio Castagnoli will be traveling to Mexico on March 29 for CMLL’s Homenaje a Dos Leyendas. They will face the team of Mistico Jr., Blue Panther and Ultimo Guerrero.
In recent weeks, more CMLL stars began to appear on AEW TV thanks to a new agreement between the companies. Stars such as Mistico Hechicero and Volador Jr. were involved in a fight with members of Blackpool Combat Club. Castagnoli Danielson and Moxley defeated Hechicero Jr., Mascara Dorada, and Volador Jr. on the February 7th edition of Dynamite. Since their encounter, Moxley has teased the idea that he and others will appear on CMLL shows in order to face their stars on their own turf.
CMLL announced that Willow Nightingale would be making her debut in Homenaje a Dos Leyendas. She will team up with Tessa Blanchard, La Catalina, and Stephanie Vaquer against Zeuxis, Lluvia, and Stephanie Vaquer.
