This week’s episode WWE NXT will feature a new segment.
The show will now feature a Chase U title celebration. Andre Chase and Ridge Holland defeated Axiom & Nathan Frazer on last week’s NXT Tag Team Championships.
Chase U is now in his second reign with the tag titles. Last year, Chase and Duke Hudson wore the belts for a period of three weeks. They won the titles at Halloween Havoc from the D’Angelo Family and dropped them on November 14.
The title reign of Frazer and Axiom lasted 126 consecutive days, with five successful televised defences.
The announced lineup for the Tuesday, August 20 WWE NXT:
- NXT Championship number one contender’s match: Wes Lee vs. Pete Dunne vs. Joe Hendry
- NXT Women’s Championship number one contender’s gauntlet match: Jaida Parker vs. Karmen Petrovic vs. Wren Sinclair vs. Kendal Grey vs. Sol Ruca vs. Adriana Rizzo
- Luke Gallows & Karl Anderson vs. Hank Walker & Tank Ledger
- Lola Vice vs. Wendy Choo
- Ashante Adonis vs. Dion Lennox
- Chase U title celebration
