Tony Khan, AEW’s head of programming, announced two new matches to be featured in the three-hour block on Saturday during his appearance at San Diego Comic-Con on Thursday night.
Orange Cassidy, the former AEW International champion, will face Johnny TV at Saturday’s Collision. TV is aiming to win the ROH TV Title on Friday’s ROH death before dishonor card. This will be the second time they have faced each other in a singles match and their first since August 2023’s Rampage.
Khan’s announcement of CMLL Women’s Champion Willow Nightingale facing Deonna Purrazzo for the 11th Battle of the Belts that follows Collision appears to have rounded out the 11th Battle of the Belts. It’s not clear if this will be a title defence or title elimination.
Nightingale demanded her own title elimination match on Wednesday after Kris Statlander attacked her during Dynamite last Wednesday. Purrazzo won a lumberjack match against Thunder Rosa on Collision last Saturday.

- AEW Women’s World title eliminator: Toni Storm vs. Taya Valkyrie
- CMLL Women’s Champion Willow Nightingale vs. Deonna Purrazzo
