This Friday, the ROH Pure title is on the line.
Tony Khan announced that Wheeler Yuta would defend his title against Lee Moriarty at the Friday event, which will be streamed live on ROH Honor Club.
“After he has survived the Proving Ground and following Thursday’s BCC tag vs STP on ROH TV, Moriarty will be challenging Yuta Friday for the Pure Title at Death Before Dishonor!,” Khan said.
Moriarty and Yuta fought to a draw in a Proving Ground Match on the 4th of July episode of Ring of Honor. Yuta’s title fight on Friday will be his first title match since January. He was out of action because of concussion problems. He returned to ring action last month, and has since teamed up with his Blackpool Combat Club teammates.
