World Heavyweight Champ Damian Priest will perform a live show at Cleveland before his title defense at SummerSlam.
WWE announced today that “Damian Priest Live”, which will be held at The Agora Cleveland on Friday, August 2, at 12 noon Eastern time, will take place. The show will include the first-ever showing of the upcoming WWE 24 documentaries focused on Priest. Priest will also take part in a panel with fellow Judgment Day performers Rhea Ripley, and Dominik mysterio.
The WWE 24 episode first appeared in the news earlier this month. The documentary will tell Priest’s story, from his upbringing in Puerto Rico to the struggles he faced in life before joining WWE and his rise to become World Heavyweight Champion. The documentary features interviews with Priest and his family as well as Paul “Triple H Levesque”, The Undertaker Paul Heyman, The Judgment day, and others.
The live show will take place one day prior to SummerSlam. Priest will defend his World Heavyweight Championship against Gunther.
The general public will be able to purchase tickets for Damian Priest Live on Wednesday at 10 a.m. Eastern Time. The pre-sale of tickets begins on Tuesday, 10 a.m.
The Agora Theater will also host a Sami Zayn late-night comedy show on August 2, and an Undertaker solo show in the afternoon of August 3.
