According to Jordynne, TNA Wrestling will be bringing some surprises for this weekend’s Slammiversary Pay-per-View.
This Saturday night, Slammiversary will be broadcast from the Verdun Auditorium, Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Grace talked to Sports Illustrated about the PPV and promised big surprises.
Grace said, “The surprises will be bigger than people think.” “TNA and NXT are the best at delivering surprises. No one can dispute that. Slammiversary is a great way to avoid accidentally reading spoilers. “Our goal is to get fans back in love with WWE.”
Grace will defend her TNA Knockouts Championship at Slammiversary against Ash By Elegance, the former Dana Brooke. Both have appeared in NXT under the WWE-TNA partnership. Joe Hendry Frankie Kazarian and The Rascalz also appeared in NXT.
Tatum Paxley, Izzi Dame and other NXT wrestlers have competed in TNA matches during the partnership. They lost to Grace when they were competing for the Knockouts championship.
Grace hopes that the new working relationship between TNA NXT will lead to a Worlds Collide in the future.
Grace said, “I’ve talked about this before. My big dream is to be able to watch Worlds Collide on pay-per view.” “I think it’s going be a gradual build.” The world is probably not ready, but they’re going see TNA defeat NXT when it happens.”
Slammiversary’s main event will be a six-way match in which Moose defends his TNA World Championship from Hendry, Kazarian and Josh Alexander. Nic Nemeth and Steve Maclin will also compete.
