Page made a promo behind the scenes after his match with Jay White on AEW collision, promising to win Owen Hart Foundation Tournament and challenge Strickland to All In. Page commented on AEW supporters cheering for Strickland despite the fact that Strickland broke into his house and threatened his family.
AEW shared the promo on social media on Monday.
Page said:
“Didn’t I say I would win this tourney if it took all I had in me?” I would give all my blood. I’ve done this a thousand time over. I will probably do it again. I would spill the last drop of blood I had to win and take his world away.
“He broke into my home! He threatened my family. We had to leave. We had to leave home. Do you know what’s happened to me? He never paid for it, and they loved it. I gave them all I had. “It’s been five long years since I gave him everything I had.
Page will wrestle Bryan Danielson at the Owen Hart Foundation Tournament finals on Wednesday, 10 July in Calgary.
