Jordynne grace has issued a new challenge for the TNA Knockouts World Championship.
Grace retained her title at TNA Against All Odds, earlier this month. She faced NXT wrestler Tatum Paxiley. Grace will now hold another open challenge during TNA Wrestling’s television taping this Friday in Philadelphia.
She tweeted “Send me someone who is better than me” about the open challenge.
It remains to see if the challenge will be answered either by a TNA member or someone outside of the company.
Grace has held the Knockouts championship since January. It’s her third reign as champion.
Grace has played an important role in the growing relationship between WWE and TNA. She competed in the women’s Royal Rumble this January, and then had two matches with NXT. She lost to NXT Women’s Champion Roxanne Perez at Battleground. Joe Hendry, Frankie Kazarian and other TNA wrestlers have also appeared on NXT. They competed in a battle-royal on the episode of June 18.
TNA will be taping at the 2300 Arena in Philadelphia this Friday and on Saturday. Here’s the latest news:
