Tony Schiavone missed a part of AEW Dynamite.
Schiavone was not on the show when it began, despite the fact that he started with Taz and Excalibur. Schiavone explained that he lost his voice after struggling with it since the weekend when asked about his whereabouts.
Schiavone announces all three AEW shows and was on-call for Collision last weekend. He has been with AEW ever since it was founded in 2019.
Jim Ross, another AEW commentator has also had health issues. He announced on Tuesday that he had been hospitalized again after experiencing breathing difficulties. He had planned to be at Forbidden door after being unable attend Double or Nothing because of health issues.
After Dynamite, AEW will tape Collision. Rampage was taped last Sunday, and this is the final set before AEW x NJPW’s Forbidden Doors, which will be held on Long Island this Sunday.
