MJF is returning to the South, as the former AEW World Champion will be appearing on Saturday, July 6, the edition of AEW Collision in Southaven, Mississippi.
On the announcement graphic for Saturday’s collision, the date of 8th July was incorrectly displayed.
It will be the second edition of Collision following the AEW x NJPW forbidden door on the previous Sunday, where MJF will face Hechicero in a match that will be MJF’s first encounter with Hechicero. MJF, who was out of the ring for six months due to injuries, returned to the ring on Wednesday to defeat Rush.
On Friday’s Rampage MJF confirmed that this Wednesday’s Dynamite will be held in Buffalo, New York.
The Southaven show is the final Collision show before the show moves to Calgary the following week and Arlington, Texas the following week as AEW begins their first-ever five-week residency leading up to August’s All In, at London’s Wembley Stadium.
