George Kittle will not be back in WWE for at least a few years after his football career is over.
The All-Pro Tight End of the San Francisco 49ers, who was shown ringside during WrestleMania forty, got much more involved in last year’s action at WrestleMania. He delivered a clothesline and helped Pat McAfee win that year. Kittle claims the 49ers warned him not to repeat such an act.
Kittle told ESPN the team general manager John Lynch texted him later, “Hope You Had Fun” and “Don’t Do That Again.”
Kittle didn’t tell his team that he was going to get physically involved in McAfee’s match. His theory was, “Just don’t hurt yourself and we will have no problems.”
Most NFL contracts include clauses that prohibit athletes from engaging in potentially dangerous activities, such as rock climbing or hang-gliding. Patrick Mahomes’ contract prohibits him even from playing basketball.
Kittle continued, “I tried to use this clause to get myself out of dancing at my wedding.” “It didn’t necessarily work and I was able make it through without injury.”
Kittle often talks about his love for wrestling. Kittle was pictured hugging AEW Penta El zero Miedo during a Monday Night Football match in Mexico City, 2022. He was also given a lucha masque.
“I own more than ten masks. I’m proudest of my Penta red and gold Niners mask, which has my number on it,” Kittle told SI.com later. “That’s what I wore to our Mexico City game 2022.”
“George Kittle: 49ers told ‘Don’t Do That Again’ after WWE WrestMania 39 appearance and football are the pinnacle sports entertainment,” he said.
