Sami Zayn brings his comedy show to Toronto in anticipation of Money in the Bank.
Zayn performed at the Netflix is a Joke Festival in Los Angeles last month. WWE announced that Zayn will follow that up with “Sami Zayn and Friends Do Toronto”, which takes place on Thursday, 4 July — two days before the Money in the Bank festival in Toronto.
Zayn will host his event at the Danforth Music Hall. The show will feature other WWE talent as well as guests from television and comedy.
Tickets for the comedy will be on sale starting this Wednesday, June 19, at 10 a.m. Eastern Time. Tuesday, 10 a.m. Eastern time is the start of the pre-sale.
WWE also notes that “a small number of meet-and greet tickets” will be available with Zayn after the show.
Zayn retained the Intercontinental title at WWE Clash at the Castle last weekend against Chay Gable, after an in-fight between Gable and Alpha Academy. Zayn is the champion since he dethroned Gunther at WrestleMania forty.
Money in the bank will be held at Scotiabank Arena, Toronto on July 6. The venue will host SmackDown and NXT Heatwave in July 5.
Zayn performed a comedy in Toronto in 2019 during SummerSlam Week.
