Asuka has revealed details about her recent knee surgery.
The WWE star’s YouTube channel shows her entering the hospital for surgery. Specifics about the knee injury have not been revealed.
According to Asuka’s account, the entire procedure, including preparation, took around 90 minutes. She was discharged the day after surgery, but she still couldn’t walk.
She said, “The doctor told my that the surgery was successful.” “My knee hurts but I can take painkillers, and I’m fine.”
She said she would be moving into a rehab center to start rehab. The video ended with “See you soon.”
Asuka’s last match was at Backlash France, where she lost the WWE Women’s Tag Team title to Bianca Belair & Jade Cargill in April. She announced after the match that she would be taking a break from WWE to treat a serious knee injury. She posted a picture of her leg in a brace and heavily bandaged on social media earlier this month. This indicated that she had just undergone surgery.
