Jeff Hardy has returned to TNA.
Hardy returned to the promotion on Friday at the Against All Odds show, saving his brother Matt from The System’s attack following the main event. Jeff wrestled last for TNA/Impact back in 2017.
The System’s Moose beat Matt to retain the TNA World Title in the show-closing match on Friday. The System then continued to attack Matt Hardy and Reby after the match. Joe Hendry tried to save the match but was beaten by The System.
Jeff’s music played, and “The Charismatic Enigma”, a customized steel-made chair, ran in to clear the ring, save Hendry and his brother and sister-in law, and punctuated the segment with a Swanton Bomb.
To close the event, the Hardys, Hendry and Nic & Ryan Nemeth posed in the ring.
Jeff’s AEW agreement was reportedly due to expire in this month, just two months after Matt’s AEW contract expired. Matt returned to TNA in April.
The Hardys have been TNA Tag Team Champions twice. Jeff has also held three World titles for the company. Matt is a TNA World Champion twice.
