Shingo Takagi and PAC declare for AEW’s Owen Hart Foundation Tournament in todays Wrestling news
Shingo Takagi, a NJPW wrestler and PAC member, will be competing in the Owen Hart Cup.
Takagi was shown in a video on Dynamite talking about his readiness to compete at the Owen Hart Cup.
PAC spoke about his recent losses since returning from injury. He said it was humiliating. He said that it is over now, since he will be competing in the Owen Hart Cup. He said he’d win the touranment at Wembley Stadium and claim the AEW world title.
Bryan Danielson is the only other player who has declared for the men’s event. Willow Nightingale Kris Statlander and Mariah May all declared for the women’s event.
The Owen Hart Foundation Cup for this year does not have an official start date. However, the finals will be held at the Saddledome, Calgary, Alberta on the 10th of July, during the Dynamite edition. Dr. Martha Hart presents trophies to winners of the tournaments. The winners will also be eligible for World title matches at All In, which will take place on August 25, in London, England.
