Juice Robinson, according to reports, needs surgery.

A report from Fightful Select states that Robinson suffered a recent back injury which will require surgery. The report did not give a timetable for his recovery, but noted that it was not expected to be a “very long absence.” Robinson is expected to miss the rest of this year.

In the final moments of Friday’s Rampage, an injury angle was presented. This will be used to explain Robinson’s absence. Robinson was shown backstage bloodied and MJF was implied to have hit him with a TV monitor.

Robinson hasn’t wrestled in AEW Dynamite since the November 1, episode. He defeated MJF, Billy Gunn, and the Acclaimed as a team with the Bullet Club Gold. His last singles match was on the October 25, Dynamite episode, when he lost to MJF in 2023 Dynamite Diamond Ring Finals.
