Drew McIntyre is building feuds simultaneously with Damian Priest, CM Punk and Clash at the Castle in anticipation of Clash.

McIntyre, who is from Scotland, will face Priest on Saturday, 15th June for the World Heavyweight Championship. Punk hasn’t confirmed he will be at Clash at the Castle because of his torn triceps. However, he teased the possibility. McIntyre warned Punk in an interview with Cultaholic not to interfere in his match.

McIntyre stated, “I think that it would be a big mistake for many reasons. After what happened at Clash last time, I don’t want anything like that to happen to the UK again.”

“This is Glasgow… This is Scotland, it’s different. I strongly advise you to avoid getting involved in the show or doing anything that could cause a disturbance. There’s a real chance of being jumped. I’m not even joking. There’s a real chance that the security guards will not stop them, because they are also Scottish.

“I’m telling ya, there’s a high chance that you’ll be jumped and the security will jump you if ya get involved in my game.”

McIntyre lost to Roman Reigns in the main event at WWE’s first Clash at the Castle in 2022. Reigns won the match due to interference by Solo Sikoa. The show was held in Cardiff.

McIntyre is credited in storyline for injuring Punk’s triceps during the Royal Rumble. He then attacked a wounded Punk on Raw in January. Since then, the two have continued to be at odds with each other. Punk cost McIntyre his World Heavyweight Championship title at WrestleMania forty. Priest became champion after McIntyre won from Seth Rollins the World Heavyweight Championship at WrestleMania 40.

Punk told his fans in April that he is on track to recover from triceps surgeries and will be back very soon.

Clash at the Castle will be broadcast live on Peacock at 2 p.m. Eastern on June 15, from the OVO Hydro, Glasgow. Piper Niven, a Scottish wrestler, will also play a major role in the event. She will be challenging Bayley to the WWE Women’s Championship.
