Ethan Page made his NXT debut.
Lash Legend asked Williams, after Trick Williams and Je’Von Evans had defeated Gallus in the ring, if he had been behind the recent attacks against Noam Dar and Oro Mensah. Williams was about to answer when the lighting went out. When the lights came back on Page jumped Williams behind, crashing her into Legend and sending her to the floor. Page took the microphone and admitted the attacks, before laying Williams out with a running leg to the corner.
Fightful Select reported earlier this month that Page no longer had an AEW contract, after his profile was taken off their website. In recent months, he was mostly seen on ROH TV. Fightful reported that Page was looking to leave ROH since February, when he also had his final match. His last AEW loss was to Kenny Omega, in December 2023.
Jakara Jackson, Oro Mensah and others felt that Williams was to blame for the Dar attack two weeks earlier. Legend denied it, but Jackson was told to speak with Williams after Mensah had been attacked on Tuesday’s show.
