Double or Nothing official Trios Championship match for AEW in todays Wrestling news
The Unified Trios title for Double or Nothing has now been officially announced.
The Lucha Bros., Rey Fenix and Penta El Zero Miedo, defeated The Gunns at Saturday’s AEW collision. According to the rules of the match Death Triangle vs. The Bang Bang Gang will now compete for the Trios titles on Sunday’s pay per view.
On AEW Dynamite, PAC had the Lucha Bros. fight the Bang Bang Gang who had attacked PAC. Death Triangle was there to challenge Jay White & The Guns for Double or None.
The Lucha Bros. hadn’t wrestled together since WrestleDream in October. Fenix was out of action with an injury for the majority of 2024.
A new trios match has been added to the AEW Buy-In Double or Nothing pre-show. The Acclaimed & Billy Gunn are going up against Brian Cage & The Gates of Agony. The Gates of Agony and The Acclaimed were part of a 4-way tag match on Collision. Buddy Matthews & Brody King won.

- TNT Champion Adam Copeland defends against Malakai Black in a barbed wire steel cage
- AEW International Champion Roderick Strong defends against Will Ospreay
- Unified Trios titles: The Bang Bang Gang (Jay White & The Gunns) vs. Death Triangle (PAC & The Lucha Bros)
