The Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority announced on Tuesday that WWE will receive $5 million to bring WrestleMania and all the surrounding events in April 2019 and announce the amount.

The annual spectacular will take place for the first time in Allegiant Stadium during Easter weekend, Saturday, April 19th, and Sunday, Apr 20th. This is a slow time for the town, which is why they were interested in bringing it to them.

WWE World will be at the Las Vegas Convention Center from Friday, SmackDown, and Raw on Monday.

Lisa Motley is the vice president for sports and special events at the group. She said that the city expects to have more than 180,000 “incremental rooms nights” occupied during the week.

Mark Shapiro, TKO’s vice president, said that they had set a WWE record in terms of the site fee, but did not reveal the exact number, during last week’s earnings conference. He said in December last year that they had a deal worth 16 million dollars for a series of events in Australia.

Saudi Arabia still pays WWE the largest site fees to WWE, which is $50 million per PLE.

Other reported and publicized site fees include $1.8m in cash and subsidies for Backlash and SmackDown from Puerto Rico, $500,000 for the Royal Rumble this year, and almost $3m from the Welsh Government for September 2022’s Clash at Castle.
