Blum resigned on May 1.

One of the most influential executives in WWE has left the company.

Blum was WWE’s Chief Operating Officer. He had been working for WWE since 2006 in various leadership roles.

Blum is listed in Janel Grant’s lawsuit against Vince McMahon, WWE, and John Laurinaitis as “Corporate officer No. Janel Grant’s suit against Vince McMahon and John Laurinaitis, which was filed by Janel Grant, lists Blum as “Corporate Officer No. The lawsuit claims Blum helped facilitate Grant’s employment with WWE, but does not state that he was aware of her alleged sexual abuse.

He then became Executive Vice-President of Operations until 2023 and was appointed Chief Operating Officer following the merger with Endeavor. Blum was Corporate officer No. Janel Grant’s lawsuit stated that McMahon had set up a meeting between Grant and Blum. She met with Blum. The suit also said that he asked her very few questions and hired Janel Grant for a $75,000-a-year job in the legal division. In February 2020, McMahon said to Grant that Blum warned him that there were many rumors about their relationship. She was then transferred to another department.
