Unified Trios Champions crowned by AEW Dynasty in todays Wrestling news
Bullet Club Gold defeated The Acclaimed, removing both titles.
Bullet Club Gold is now the unified champion of AEW’s six-man division.
The Gunns and Jay White defeated The Acclaimed and Billy Gunn on Sunday at AEW Dynasty. White won the match by hitting the bladerunner. Bullet Club Gold now holds both the AEW Trio titles and the ROH Six-Man title, which they previously held prior to Sunday’s unification.
The rivalry between these two teams dates back to the beginning of this year when Acclaimed suggested that Bullet Club Gold team up with The Undisputed Kingdom to take on the team who had attacked both teams previously. BCG and The Acclaimed formed the Bang Bang Scissor Gang after BCG agreed to form a team. BCG, which had won a few games as a six man team, then took on The Acclaimed in Big Business last month when White smashed Gunn with a chair.
Bullet Club Gold has held the ROH Six-Man Tag Team title since January 17, when the Mogul Embassay defeated them. The Acclaimed were the AEW Trios champions since August 27, last year, when The House of Black was defeated at All In.
