Hello Instagram I’m sorry, it has been a while. I’m currently off road due to a lower-back injury. Two bulging discs L2 L3 L4 and L5 L5. Two ruptured discs L3 L4 L5 S1 and two bulging discs L2 L3 and L4 L5. I would like to thank @aew for giving me time off to heal. I also have the Buffalo,NY magician, @anthony.albano.dpt, pictured here with me. Mentally, athletes can struggle when they are on break. Anthony’s physical therapist is helping me to stay on track, and I cannot praise his training enough. I don’t know where this journey will lead. I have many options and a wonderful team around me, and that is a beautiful thing. Love ya everybody
