Kenny Omega says people will one day ‘know the Truth’ about Rossy OGAW in todays Wrestling news
Omega alluded at some negative truths regarding the Marigold founder.
Kenny Omega, a former AEW world champion and longtime Japanese superstar, made some strong-worded remarks toward Stardom founder Rossy OGawa on Friday night. This suggests that there are some negative revelations about the Marigold founder which others already know.
Omega, who was asked Friday about Ogawa during his Twitch broadcast, said that he would warn against listening to praise for “that individual” based upon what the Japanese wrestling industry and government-issued media know about him.
“I would say to people, ‘Don’t listen to praises for that individual.’ Because someday – I don’t know when, maybe it won’t be today, tomorrow or even next week – they will learn the truth. I don’t really know what they will do with the truth. Will they share this truth? Maybe. Many of the Japanese higher-ups know what he is up to, and what he has been up to since decades. “That’s all I have to say,” he said.
But that was not all he said.
Omega was asked about Ogawa’s being an “E Drone” (a reference to WWE fans in social media) because Marigold has a relationship with WWE. Omega said that he doesn’t care as it is “not even the top of the iceberg.”
He said “a lot” of people refuse to work for Ogawa, “for the same reason”, who are both currently in WWE and AEW. He then made a vague reference to the allegations without making any specific accusations.
“If you’re curious about the lines they tread, the guy just said, ‘Hey we’re looking for 13-to-21 year old girls who don’t have boyfriends and aren’t engaged.’ We know that he uses underage girls for very revealing calendars and books. I wish he only did that. Let’s put that way,” he said.
He then clarified, that he did not know anything and was “not going to record anything” because he didn’t want lawyers “barking my door.”
“I don’t even have video evidence. I only have the word of people who are very close. I’m not there. If they want to comment or say something, then do it. I’ll just say that Marigold is a great place. I hope you enjoy yourself. I hope that it all works out for you. For me, I’d be very hesitant. I would be very cautious. That’s it. He said “that’s it” before saying “redact” and “I didn’t speak anything”. Then he questioned Marigold’s preferred age range, and agreed with a commenter to delete the Twitch Video.
He concluded by saying that he supported current WWE star Asuka, and that “she has her reasons, probably similar to mine.”
Asuka, without mentioning Ogawa’s name in August 2023, said that Stardom was “created to destroy me personally.”
To this point. Ogawa’s response has not been made public.
Tony Khan, the AEW’s head, was publicly pleased on X (formerly Twitter), when Bushiroad, the owners of NJPW, Stardom and Stardom, fired Ogawa in February this year.
