Tony Khan on Nikki Bella : AEW – ‘would love to see her here at any time’ in todays Wrestling news
Bella recently stated that she is considering a return to the ring.
Tony Khan would love for Nikki Garcia and/or Brie Garcia to join AEW.
On her podcast, Nikki Bella revealed that she had recently considered contacting Khan about a possible return to the ring. Nikki Bella decided that she could not be away from her son Matteo.
Khan was asked to comment on Nikki’s remarks during an appearance on The Battleground Podcast and replied that he views The Garcia Twins as family.
Khan said:
Nikki Garcia is someone I would love to have in AEW. I admire her so much, and I have a lot of respect for Nicole & Brie. They’re like our family because Bryan is part of mine, and Brie and Nicole are part of that.
I have a lot of respect for them both and if Nikki were interested in coming to AEW we would be happy to have her any time. It was wonderful to hear. I love them both. I think they are really, really cool, and really, truly great stars who would add a lot if they wanted to come to AEW.
Nikki Garcia and Brie Garcia have not wrestled since 2022’s women’s Royal Rumble.
Britt Baker, a former AEW Women’s World Champion, responded to the news that Nikki might run for AEW. She posted a video of her talking about The Bella’s influence on the industry as a response to a news story about Nikki’s comments.
Baker says, “Any female wrestler today, if they can’t say that The Bella Twins inspired them in some way, then you’re lying,” in the clip.
