The Rock has set his sights on something.
The Rock reflected upon his WrestleMania match on Instagram, praising Roman Reigns’, Cody Rhodes’, and Seth Rollins’ performances. The Rock teased his participation in next year’s WrestleMania event at the end of the video.
Congratulations to Cody Rhodes and to my cousin Roman Reigns for an incredible run of three and a half years, or maybe even four. It’s just incredible, historic, and iconic. I’m proud of you uso. Congratulations to Seth Rollins, the real MVP of WrestleMania Weekend. It was an honor to share the ring and wrestle with you three. It was an honor for us to break records. Now my sights are on the next WrestleMania. But that’s a long way off.
The Rock wrestled for the first time in years last Saturday, teaming up with Roman Reigns against Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins. This set up Bloodline Rules, which was to be the main event of that night between Reigns & Rhodes. The Rock tried to interfere in the match but was beaten by The Undertaker. Rhodes won the match, ending Reigns’ championship run.
In the caption of his Instagram post, Rock said that he feels great but is bruised. Before the match, Rock had a “fantastic 12-week training camp” in Hawaii, California and the East Coast. He also flew in wrestlers to work with him.
