The Spring Breakin’ two-week event is set to take place between April 23 & 30.
Ilja Dragunov will face Trick Williams for the WWE NXT Championship during Spring Breakin’.
During Tuesday’s WWE NXT, it was revealed that Ilja Dragunov will be challenging Trick Williams for the NXT Title on the special Tuesday April 23 Spring Breakin edition of the show.
Williams said on Tuesday that he would like to take another shot at Dragunov’s NXT championship after a win over Carmelo Hayes in the main match of Stand & Deliver PLE last Saturday. Dragunov initially declined the challenge but eventually agreed to offer the title on the condition that Williams must leave NXT if he loses.
Hayes appeared in the show-closing segment on Tuesday with Williams & Dragunov. He laid both out and challenged Williams to a steel-cage match for NXT’s next week show.
This year’s Spring Breakin’ is a two-night affair on Tuesday, 23rd April & Tuesday 30th April.
AOP vs. Nathan Frazer and Axiom NXT Tag Title match could also take place.
