John Cena surprised viewers with a surprise appearance during WWE Raw.
McDonagh was posing at the end of an Awesome Truth vs. Judgment Day match (Dominik Balor, Finn Balor and JD McDonagh) when Cena’s song started. This helped Awesome truth even the odds. All three men hit Attitude Adjustments for the win.
The Judgment Day was talking about their victory at WrestleMania when Damian Priest, the new World Heavyweight Champion and Rhea Ripley, the Women’s World Champion, posed. R-Truth suddenly appeared, still believing he was a member of the Judgment Day. Finn Balor then challenged the two to compete for the Raw Tag Team titles. Truth challenged Judgment Day instead to a six man tag team match. He said he had a secret partner they couldn’t see. Judgment Day started the match by jumping R-Truth as they were about to introduce their partner.
Cena made an appearance on Sunday at the end WrestleMania forty, helping Cody Rhodes defeat Solo Sikoa who defeated John Cena in Saudi Arabia last year. He was defeated by The Rock who was then defeated by The Undertaker. Cody defeated Roman Reigns and became the new Undisputed WWE Universal Champion.
