Tag Team tournament finals for AEW Dynasty in todays Wrestling news
The Young Bucks will face off against FTR for the vacant AEW tag team titles.
The finals of the AEW Tag-Team title tournament are now set.
FTR defeated Top Flight in the semifinals of the tournament. Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler won the match after hitting the Shatter Machine against Dante Martin. The teams will now compete for the vacant titles on April 21 at AEW’s Dynasty in St. Louis Missouri. The winner of the titles will be the first ever three-time AEW Tag Team Champion.
Sting’s last match, the February Revolution event, saw The Young Bucks lose out on the titles to Sting & Darby. The titles were vacated after the show and a tournament was held to crown the new champions. Nicholas & Matthew beat Private Party and Best Friends in the finals. FTR defeated The Infantry in the semifinals.
