Seth Rollins said that the WWE Raw in Chicago on March 25, may have been his favorite episode.
The Rock made surprise appearances in the show’s opening and closing to confront and then attack Cody Rhodes. It also featured a memorable scene with Rollins and Drew McIntyre. The segment had the highest ratings on the show with an average of 2.2 million viewers, and a demo rating of 0.71.
Rollins told The Ringer that this was the best episode of Monday Night Raw he’d ever seen. “You had incredible talents across the board. Everyone pushing boundaries in front an electric-hot Chicago crowd.”

“The show had its normal ratings pattern up until the segment featuring Punk, Drew McIntyre, and Seth Rollins. The segment jumped to 2,200,000 and 933,000 viewers in 18-49 (0.71), gaining 314,000 and 151,000 viewers in 18-49.” It should be noted that the segment took place during halftime of a basketball game.
During the segment it was revealed that Punk would be providing commentary for McIntyre and Rollins night two. According to the projected match order, McIntyre will face Rollins in the first match on night two. This means that Rollins would be closing the show on Saturday, and then opening it on Sunday.
Rollins feels that he is in the best possible shape going into his two matches at this weekend.
“I’m going to be 38 years old in May and I’m in my prime. My mental and physical state is perfect. And I think that in the next five to ten years, I will be able to really, truly hone in on my skills and get them into gear. “But right now, man, I’m really enjoying myself,” Rollins said.
“It’s a great opportunity to be in the ring alongside guys who are very experienced and good at what they do. We’re all elevating each other. I feel that this is the best version of Seth Rollins we’ve ever seen. “But with that said, I think the best is still to come.”
