McMahon has sold more than $1.2 billion worth of stock.
Former WWE Chairman Vince McMahon continues to sell his wealth of TKO stocks, bringing home nearly $100 million from the sale of 3.5 million shares over a period 20 days this month.
The SEC filed made public on Thursday revealed his latest move.
McMahon’s third sale of stock is unique since November. The first sale saw the former TKO executive chairman selling approximately 30% of his stock (8,4 million shares) at a price of nearly $700,000,000.
McMahon sold 25% of his remaining stock earlier this month for $408,000,000.
McMahon’s sales have brought in a total of more than $1.2 billion. It is not known why McMahon is selling so many shares and if the money is for a specific purpose.
According to the filing, McMahon owns 11.5 millions TKO shares with a value of $1 billion today based on the share price of $86.41 as of Thursday’s close.
The 78-year old resigned from his position as executive chairman of TKO in January this year after being accused by a former WWE employee Janel grant of sex abuse and sex trading.
