IYO SKY challenges Naomi to the next WWE SmackDown in todays Wrestling news
The SmackDown LowDown was the subject of a challenge by SKY.
Next Friday’s WWE SmackDown will feature a singles match between IYO SKY (left) and Naomi (right).
During an appearance on The SmackDown LowDown SKY challenged Naomi to take on her on SmackDown on Friday. SKY was furious with Naomi for getting involved with Damage CTRL’s affairs last night.
Damage CTRL interfered in the main event of SmackDown last night, resulting in a disqualification for Bayley and Dakota Kai. Naomi tried to save Bayley as Damage CTRL beat her down after the match. Naomi initially succeeded in fighting Damage CTRL, but their numbers edge was too much. Damage CTRL was the winner of SmackDown.
SKY defends her WWE Women’s Championship at WrestleMania against Bayley. In the weeks leading up to WrestleMania there has been a storyline in which Naomi has Bayley’s support, but Bianca Belair will not forgive Bayley for what she did to her as leader of Damage CTRL.
SmackDown will be broadcast from the Fiserv Forum in Milwaukee on Friday. This is the third-to last episode of the show until WrestleMania.
