NJPW Wrestling world 2024 to host tournament for NEVER Six-Man titles in todays Wrestling news
A one-night tournament will crown the new champions.
Taiwan will crown the new NEVER Six-Man champions.
NJPW announced Tuesday that on April 14, at the Zepp New Taipei, in New Taipei City, a one-night event to crown new champions at Wrestling World 2024 will take place in Taiwan.
The titles are vacant since the end January when Kazuchika Ohada, Hiroshi Tanahashi, and Tomohiro shii successfully defended them against The Mighty Don’t Kneel, (Kosei Futa, Mikey Nichlls, and Shane Thorne). The titles were vacated after the title defense, as Okada announced his departure from the company. Okada joined All Elite Wrestling.
Wrestling World 2024 is a collaboration of Asia-Pacific Federation of Wrestling, which consists of NJPW (New Jersey Pro Wrestling), Stardom (China), Puzzle(Taiwan), SetUp(Thailand), and GrappleMax(Singapore). It was announced on Monday that a Stardom match would be featured in the show.
This will be the first NJPW show in Taiwan since Wrestling World 2016
