Britt Baker ‘can’t wait’ to return to the ring and cut promos in AEW in todays Wrestling news

Britt Baker is excited to return to AEW.
Baker, who hasn’t wrestled since last September, participated in a panel at SXSW, on Monday. Justin Barrasso asked her if she felt the best was yet to come in her career. Baker replied:
Yes, I do. Growing as a wrestler, learning what works and doesn’t and growing as a performer. We have to choose from all the new talent coming in, new coaches, and new people who are coming over from WWE.
You’re doing yourself a disservice if your not asking for help constantly. I think that the help in AEW just keeps growing. For me personally, I cannot wait to get back into the ring with one of these bad boy (microphones) in my hands and cut some promos. I don’t really know. Just stay tuned.
Baker had been told by Barrasso that her fight with Mercedes Mone was “must-see television.” Baker replied, “Yeah. I mean, is this a question?” Where’s the answer?
Tony Khan also mentioned Baker during the discussion.
Khan said:
Britt has been with us since the very beginning, our first event. Britt has been injured for a while, so when she returns and we get to see these great moments, it will be something people look forward to.
Bryan Danielson was also a part of the panel on Monday. Danielson, who is 42 years old, spoke near the end of the panel about his goal to “transfer stardom” from one generation to the next.
Danielson said
It’s my goal to pass along the stardom that I have received to younger wrestlers. Some people have said or asked me, “Oh Bryan, I think you should be champion or you’ve been champion or you’ve should of this, or that.” The truth is that I don’t think so. I think the champions we have had were great.
Hangman was a champion, MJF a champion, and it elevated the younger people into stars. Hangman is a great TV star, and MJF is a great TV star. It would be simple to take past stars and make them champions and top guys, that’s an easy way. It’s harder to turn someone like MJF, who has never been on national TV, into a star. It was my main goal to transfer stardom to the next generation.
