Perry confirmed to TMZ that she is no longer with the company.
Miro and CJ Perry are separating.
TMZ reported Monday that the couple is ending their relationship after seven-years of marriage. Perry confirmed the separation with a statement.
“Miro & I have decided to move forward as friends and hopefully onscreen characters in the future,” she told TMZ.
According to the report the two separated last fall, but neither has filed for divorce.
Rusev and Lana Perry were together as early as 2013, when Rusev adopted Lana Perry as his manager for NXT. The couple was called up in the following year, and they were married in 2016. Rusev and Perry were released from WWE in 2020. Both have joined AEW.
Perry began a storyline with Miro last fall in which she wanted her managing career to continue, and took on Andrade El Idolo. The angle culminated on December 30, when Perry turned on Idolo. Since then, neither Miro nor Perry have appeared on AEW TV.
