Inductions are planned for Mike Rotunda and Barry Windham, brothers-in-law.
Mike Rotunda and Barry Windham, brothers-in-law, will be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame together.
The Ringer announced today that The US Express, consisting of Rotunda & Windham, will be inducted to the WWE Hall of Fame on next month. The US Express is the third act confirmed for the class of 2024, joining Paul Heyman & Bull Nakano.
Paul “Triple H’ Levesque shared a YouTube video in which he informed Rotunda & Windham about their induction.
This is Rotunda’s first induction to the WWE Hall of Fame. Windham was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2012 as a member The Four Horsemen.
During their time as a team, Rotunda & Windham chose Bruce Springsteen’s Born in the USA for their entrance music. They held the WWF Tag Team title twice.
Rotunda & Windham were the WWF Tag Team champions in 1985. They lost the titles to The Iron Sheik & Nikolai Volkoff. The WWE Hall of Fame will induct them on the night of WrestleMania’s first night.
Rotunda & Windham held the NWA Florida United States Tag Team title multiple times.
Mike Rotunda’s wife Stephanie is the sister of Barry Windham. Their eldest child, the late Bray Wyatt Windham Rotunda, was named after Barry Windham. They are also the parents Bo Dallas (Taylor Rotunda), and Mika Rotunda.
Blackjack Mulligan is the father of Windham and Rotunda, as well as a member of WWE Hall of Fame.
The 2024 WWE Hall of Fame Ceremony will take place at the Wells Fargo Center, Philadelphia, after SmackDown this Friday, April 5. The ceremony will be streamed live on Peacock/WWE Network.
