Cody Rhodes to appear on three WWE SmackDowns during March in todays Wrestling news
Rhodes will be at three consecutive SmackDown shows.
Cody Rhodes is scheduled to appear at three consecutive SmackDown episodes during the month of March.
In a Facebook post announcing Rhodes’ WWE schedule for March, Rhodes revealed he will be in the building on March 1, March 8 and March 15. The Rock will also be appearing at these three shows.
It’s not known if Rhodes is going to appear on television for all three events. He often wrestles in dark matches following SmackDown episodes.
Rhodes will challenge Roman Reigns to the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship in April at WrestleMania.
The locations for the three episodes are listed below:
- Friday, March 1 SmackDown: Desert Diamond Arena in Glendale, Arizona
- Friday, March 8 SmackDown: American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas
- Friday, March 15 SmackDown: FedExForum in Memphis, Tennessee
Rhodes and Seth Rollins were seen together on the Grayson Waller Effect at Elimination Chamber.
Rhodes challenged The Rock to a singles match. Rollins said he would have Rhodes’s back and told him there was no such thing as a one-on-one match against The Bloodline.
Paul Heyman was on Raw Monday to do an angle in which he warned Rhodes to withdraw his challenge against The Rock. Rhodes refused, and instead gave Heyman an important message to relay to Reigns and The Rock.
