NXT Roadblock to Include Kabuki Warriors Tag Title Matches, Asylum Bouts, and More in todays Wrestling news
WWE is loading up the card for NXT Roadblock.
As announced in the episode of NXT on February 28, the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship will be contested by the Kabuki warriors (Asuka Sane and Kairi Sanes) and NXT Women’s Champions Lyra Valkyria.
Plus, Tony D’Angelo and Carmelo will face each other, with the winner battling Ilja Dragunov to win the NXT Championship.
Dijak will also face Joe Gacy on another show in an Asylum Match. Dijak beat Gacy previously in a No Disqualification Match at NXT Vengeance Day.
Bron Breakker, Baron Corbin and Andre Chase will also defend the NXT Tag Team Championships against Duke Hudson and Andre Chase. Shawn Spears will also be appearing following his surprise return Tuesday.
The announced card for NXT Roadblock is as follows:
- WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship: The Kabuki Warriors (Asuka & Kairi Sane) (c) vs. Lyra Valkyria & Tatum Paxley
- NXT Tag Team Championship: Bron Breakker & Baron Corbin (c) vs. Andre Chase & Duke Hudson
- Winner Earns NXT Title Match: Tony D’Angelo vs. Carmelo Hayes
- Asylum Match: Dijak vs. Joe Gacy
- Shawn Spears appears
