WWE posted a video on Wednesday with Waller announcing the guests for his show, the World Heavyweight champion Seth Rollins, and the winner of 2024 Royal Rumble Cody Rhodes.
Waller says the following in the video:

WWE Elimination Chamber 2024 will take place at Optus Stadium, Perth, Australia, on Saturday, February 24, 2024. The PLE will be broadcast live on the WWE Network at 5 a.m. Eastern Time.
