Rocky Romero joins AEW Front Office in todays Wrestling news
Romero continues to work for NJPW, in addition his new AEW role.
Rocky Romero’s list of pro-wrestling jobs has been expanded by a new role.
Since Romero brought AEW and CMLL together, they have continued to work together. Romero stated on Wrestling Observer Live that he was thrilled to see AEW & CMLL take their partnership to the next level.
Romero competes regularly in the ring with NJPW and AEW, as well as his roles behind the scenes. He appeared on the last episode of Rampage where he teamed up with Orange Cassidy and Trent Beretta to lose against Roderick Strong Matt Taven & Mike Bennett.
Romero is the current MLW Middleweight champion. He will defend his title against CMLL Mistico in New York City, on Thursday, 29th February.
Romero held the NWA World Historic Welterweight Championship at CMLL between January and December last year.
