Brock Lesnar is removed from WWE 2K24’s ’40 Years of WrestleMania cover’ in todays Wrestling news
The cover of the special edition features several WWE legends.
WWE continues to distance itself from Brock Lesnar.
On Tuesday, new footage of WWE 2K24 came out and many fans noticed Lesnar was missing from promotional materials for the upcoming videogame. Lesnar was on the cover of “40 Years of WrestleMania”, but it appears that he has been replaced by a larger image of John Cena.
It’s unclear if Lesnar himself will be removed as well. It’s scheduled to release on March 5 for preorders, and March 8 thereafter.
Lesnar being removed from the cover of the magazine is the latest in a string of moves made by WWE to distance themselves from him after allegations relating to Janel Grant’s suit against WWE, Vince McMahon and John Lauriniatis.
His merchandise at WWEShop.com is now discounted. Lesnar’s biography still appears on WWE.com. However, Vince McMahon has been removed.
