Roxanne Perez, the NXT Women’s title holder, hit Lyra Valkyria with pop rocks during Sunday’s NXT Women’s title match. Vice then appeared in the ring and presented her Breakout Tournament Women’s title contract. This contract allows her to cash out for a title at any time. She brushed Tatum Paxley aside at ringside, and handed the contract over to the referee who turned the match into a triple-threat match. Vice was pinned down by Valkyria, after she was laid out with a night wish.
Vice won the contract on October 31st, defeating Kelani Jackson in the finals. In recent weeks she has been embroiled with a feud between Elektra Lopez, a former friend and associate. Last Tuesday saw Vice defeat Lopez in a match.
Oba Femi won the NXT North American Title by cashing in his Breakout Tournament Contract on the NXT 9th January edition. He defeated Dragon Lee in a impromptu game. Femi retained his title in a rematch with Lee on Sunday.
