The former AEW superstar made his return to WWE Saturday.
Andrade is back at WWE.
The former AEW superstar made his WWE debut Saturday during the Royal Rumble Match, entering as number 4. Santos Escobar made the Los Ingobernables gesture during the match. Andrade did not seem interested and attacked Escobar instead. Bronson Reed threw him out as the eighth person to be eliminated.
Andrade wrestled for WWE from 2015 to 2021. He was then released from the company. After leaving the WWE, he signed up with AEW, where he wrestled until December last year, when Tony Khan announced his contract would expire at the end the year and that it was unlikely to be extended. He was last seen on December 30, losing to Miro in AEW Worlds End pay per view.
Sami Zayn returned to television during Saturday’s Royal Rumble Match, going after Drew McIntyre, the man who had put him out-of-action in storyline. Bron Breakker, also from NXT, made an appearance. He looked strong until Dominik Mysterio eliminated him.
